- 2 serrano chiles, pan-charred, seeds removed, finely diced
- 4 large avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 fresh limes, juiced
- 4 ripe red tomatoes, diced
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- 3 small cloves of garlic, minced
- kernels from ½ cobb of fresh roasted corn
- chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste
